It was apparent that it gets rented alot......carpets are very stained. The outdoor furniture is terrible condition. The pool was full of kids all day long. Overall i would say this property is excellent for families or large groups with kids, the 3rd story was alot of stairs for our older group and i feel the house could of been outfitted a little better.....we had to buy garbage bags and dishsoap and a few other basic essentials but overall the price was great and lots of room for allgroup ##### Annette B.
