The living area invites you in to take in a movie on the large TV next to the cozy fireplace. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a beautiful King-size bed, a private entrance to the patio, and a lovely en suite bathroom equipped with a double-sink vanity and soaking tub/shower combination. The location of this unit was amazing, close to everything. I do think the owners need to take out the stained carpet and replace with laminate or darker carpet. Needed a bit more essentials in the kitchen, like towels, baggies, and definitely more cook pans. The kitchen was a bit un-organized, but that's not huge. Extra towels for bathing and pool. Also, advertise that there is an adult pool as well as the community pool. Found this out on my last day of my trip. That is pretty important if you have no little ones. We would come back if it were a bit cleaner. This property has potential but there are many issues that need to be resolved. Cleanliness and safety were our two most significant concerns. Dirty towels, dirty pillowcases and bathrooms that hadn't been fully cleaned. Most of the issues looked like they were trying to hide them or take short-cuts in cleaning. The dirty, makeup stained pillow case was turned upside down, the towel was folded up in the stack with others. But the worst was when we removed the sheets as per the required check-out list and found fresh blood stains - NOT washed stains, on the mattress pad. Whomever prepped that room put clean sheets over top of a bloody mattress pad. As for safety and security, they had a broken lock on the sliding door, an outlet without a cover exposing electrical wiring and windows that were broken/couldn't open. If we had to get out quickly and doors were blocked, we couldn't. On our last day, my son rolled out of bed and stepped on soggy carpet. There was a leak in the floor. We called and reported it but since we were already checking out, we don't know what it was and there was no follow up with us about it. Based on the awful smell, it didn't seem to be just water.
