Spacious Family Getaway in Las Palmas Resort

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the rim of Las Palmas Resort with amazing views St. George, UT and wildlife. Located minutes from golf courses, Thunder Junction All Abilities Park, local shopping and cuisine and a short drive to Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs Recreation Area, and Zion National Park.

The space
This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate up to 10 people and an infant. The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a sliding glass door to the back patio and a private full size bath with two sinks and walk in shower. The Second bedroom offers a queen size bed with its own door to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom offers two twin over twin bunkbeds. All the bedrooms have a 43" smart TVs offering Sling TV for your viewing enjoyment. A portable crib and queen air mattress is available. The living area offers plenty of seating with a 55" smart TV , kid’s toys, and board games. The dining area has a large dining table with additional folding chairs in the pantry. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Back porch has a grill and outdoor seating with views of St George and wildlife. There is an elevator in the middle of the building for your convenience. We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, dish soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The numerous amenities at Las Palmas resort offer something for everyone. Take a short walk across the parking lot to two outdoor pools and a gym. The clubhouse offers access to a gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquet ball courts, splash pad, kiddie pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, and outdoor lap pool. Enjoy your whole day basking in the St George sun or spend quality time in our beautiful condo.

Great location
This property is in such a great location. We brought our friends to see our son’s football game at Utah Tech University, it was close to the school and close to Snow Canyon that has wonderful hiking trails. Very comfortable and clean unit, we will definitely be back.

Great Place to Stay
My 92 year old father plays in the senior games so my mother and husband wanted to stay in a place where we could relax after his games. It was such a nice place. Even though it was on the second floor my parents did not have an issue with the stairs. We all thought is was a fabulous place to stay. Loved it!

Another great stay at Las Palmas
My daughters softball team had AFA Nationals in St George for softball. We decided to share a room with another family to let the girls hangout. The place was very nice! We had pleanty of room to cook, hangout, BBQ while the girls hung out at the pools. Our host was amazing! Anytime i had a question, he was really quick to get back to me. On our last day we contacted him to see if we could get the place for an extra day and he was very nice about it and helped me with everything. Loved how he was willing to accomodate us at anytime. I would definitely come back next year!

Perfect!
We stayed here for one week while in the area to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! It was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was excellent to work with and had very good communication at time of reservation through check-out. We loved the sunset views from the deck! We highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday.

Wonderful!!
We came to St. George to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday and we booked this location for our stay. We had lots of room to spread out and were SO comfortable! The view out the back is beautiful and we had breakfast and dinner on the back deck multiple times. The hosts were great to communicate with. We had the best time and are so happy with this condo. We definitely will be staying here again!!
