Our Happy Place at The Ledges *Resort Amenities Included!*

Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We love this place

This was our second stay here. We love it! We had a big group of twelve. We love the location. We always go to snow canyon, and staying here lets us get there before the crowds. We love the pool. We had a lot of fun playing pickleball. The place is decorated beautifully, very clean, and well stocked. We’ll probably go again next year

Thanksgiving fun

We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend.

Great Visit for our big group

Happy place was a great accommodation for our group of 12 for mini weekend family reunion. Tons of room, comfortable seating and beds. Outdoor space was also inviting for the group. Check in & comms were a breeze.

Clean and comfortable stay

I booked this place for a girls cousin birthday get together and we had a blast. We didn’t cook a lot in the kitchen, but we sat at the nice long table and played games! We also sat by the pool which was relaxing. Easy checkout and great experience overall. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great house, great area, great stay

Everything about our stay went smooth. House was very clean and lots to do in the area. Don’t hesitate about this place. It served its purpose very well. Large table for 10 in the middle of the first floor made hanging out fun. Overall very nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

Perfect for our two families

We stayed at the ledges for a week in May and it was absolutely perfect. We loved exploring Saint George, and the property was a short and beautiful drive from St. George. The property itself was clean, updated, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property managers Were checking in with us and readily available if we needed anything. The pools were perfect after a long days of hiking in Zion. We would absolutely stay again.

Girlfriend Getaway

We loved our stay at Our Happy Place. Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Snow Canyon. We had a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday and the condo had plenty of space for all of us. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient for 6 women getting ready each morning. Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck and firebox. We used it each night! Our only issue was a bad oder coming from the laundry area. We just kept the door closed so it didn’t bother us and we didn’t do laundry. (Front loader washing machines have that problem, it probably just needs cleaning.)We would definitely come back!

Property was clean. My only critique was that we couldn’t find cutting boards, and the cake pans were rusted and unusable. But kitchen was well stocked, home was well furnished and we enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! Perfect place for a girls weekend in St. George. Plenty of beds and space to hang out together, nice linens, plenty of towels and enough dishes that we didn't have to wash anything until we were leaving. Two very minor issues we noticed was that the washer had a bad, mildew smell when we opened the closet door. It's a front load and we know those tend to have issues if you aren't running wash every day or you leave the door closed. We also had a minor glitch with the TV in the main room on our last night. We fixed it by swapping batteries in the remote and by unplugging/replugging in the TV. So nothing bad enough to impact the satisfaction of our stay, but things that should be addressed by the management company.
