Great Las Palmas Unit

Close to the clubhouse. It was decorated and furnished very nicely. The unit was also very well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful fun exciting place

We had a great time here, we played pickle ball, basketball swam, and relaxed in the hot tub everynight. We loved it. My boys did not want to leave. In fact we're thinking of moving to St. George.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The space was great, Location was excellent. Pools and Rec Center next door was a lot of fun. Whole family traveled far to be there and we had a great time. We would stay there again.

The unit itself was just fine and we loved spending time together and we have no complaints. One small issue was the faucet in the main bathroom is very loose and will need attention. This didn't affect our stay. The outside of buildings need some attention both with repairs and cleaning and didn't match the cleanliness of the unit and probably a management problem and not the individual owner. I would still rent from them again because the price and location are good.

Nice, Clean, & Convenient

We stayed in this condo for a girls weekend (5 of us). The condo was nice, clean and close to all the activities we were doing, especially Tuacahn. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, and TV's for everyone was a big plus! The check in/check out procedures were the easiest I've had! We will definitely be back!

The owner was very prompt to answer questions and pleasant to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property amenities (pool areas) were fun, just out-dated. However, it is in the process of being renovated. The condo is nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

very clean newly remodeled owner responded immediately when i had questions .according to residents in area had worst weather in 20 years .Fortunately our condo was stocked with games puzzles t.v.s etc.

Clean and good location

Place was quiet and very clean. Large space with all the cookware and baking tools. Nice not to have to have a key as the door was a code. Laundry worked great. Mirrors in bathroom were weird, but curtains helped to cover them. Pool was nice with few kids.

Super fun family getaway!

What a great place for a family vacation! My kids LOVED all of the amenities (basketball court, pickleball, swimming pools, hot tubs) -- the only thing we wish we would have known is that the larger outdoor pools with slide and such are not heated, so we were not able to use them.

Miscommunication

Miscommunication between the cleaning crew and the owner/manager of the property. Arrived to the house not cleaned. It was late so we had to change all the bedding and towels ourselves, not something I wanted to do on vacation. Owner tried to make it right by providing a refund on that nights stay.

Nice place

Nice unit in a resort. Unit was clean and well-furnished except for the master bedroom carpet, which needs cleaning or replacement. The kitchen was very well equipped. The unit came with a patio electric grill that we used frequently. The shaded patio was quite cool and pleasant and we sat out there quite a bit. Didn't really have any issues but the owner was very responsive and communicative. All the facilities at the development (pools, playgrounds, and various sports courts) were in very good shape.

Heidi was very responsive and ensured a comfortable stay. The property has access to a pool, gym and community centre and is within a short driving distance to the centre of St George. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay while in St George
