Very clean and modern hotel located in a central location if you have a car. Great hot tub and pool and sun deck area. Easy parking and accessible. Great restaurants within walking distance.

The property shows kitchen but it doesn’t have utensils and you need to grab it from check in counter which was very dirty. It has very limited utensils.

Nice property. Liked the kitchenette. Wished it had pots/pans. Great that it was across the street from the Virgin River Bike Trail. Staff was very friendly and professional

Zero counter space in the bathroom. Couldn't understand the guy who checked me in. English would be nice. Always a line for the elevator, I ended up using the stairs every time. I guess if you have to save a few bucks, it'll work. I'll go to the Hilton next time.

We loved staying here! Super clean hotel, everything looks new, shower water stayed hot for family of four. Bedding was comfy. Thankful the rooms have kitchenette! Staff was great! Wish this was a chain and AZ had some.

I really like this motel for the price point. The room had a kitchen and was a very nice large room for the money. The property and the rooms were very clean.The pool seemed really nice, although we didn't use that due to weather. We used the hot tub and that was clean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel made a mistake, charged us twice for the room- they fixed . Then we were supposed to check in at 3 , we went to our room and it has not been cleaned. Was told to wait 30 min so they could clean it. Didn’t get into our room until after 6:30 pm- after waiting an hour in the lobby we went and got dinner . Other than that minor set back the hotel staff is amazing, the facility is nice and clean, the hot tub nice and clean

Put us in an ADA unit next to elevator. Noise from upstairs and the hallway was horrific. Ice maker did not work and shower was broken. Poor experience compared to other locations as well as previous visits to St. George.

We do not change the room type if a guest books this room because we don't know if you booked it intentionally. I am sorry that you did not want that room type. I appreciate you letting us know about the ice maker and the shower, we will have maintenance look into this.
