Majestic Lux Apt 3bed/2bath w Views for days!

There are 2 large living spaces with one 50 inch TV with cable and sectional leather couch. Large kitchen with dishes, cookware, lg island and washer/dryer. A BBQ on a private patio with outdoor living to enjoy with a breath taking views. It has 10 foot ceilings that makes for a roomy open space.

Located up the hill from Southgate golf course and minutes away from many other golf courses. St George is an hour or two from 5 national parks. Las Vegas is an 1.5 hours from the valley.

1700 sq ft basement apartment that is fully furnished with a large spacious living rooms with sectional, sleeper sofa, cable TV, and TDS internet. The bedrooms are large and roomy with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds in 3 private bedrooms, walk-in a closets as well as 2 full bathrooms with double sinks in one.

Old guys, new experience

Overall the house is clean with comfort, however, one of roommate told there was a noise from upper level at 2am and made him awake. Also, the air conditioning is kind of noise when it is running.

The property was excellent, very clean and welcoming. Unit was comfortable and roomy. Address a little confusing, needed landlords written directions to get to unit as “Maps” takes you to a different spot. Address should have Upper Sir Monte Drive. Also, key box a little challenging, small and in a tight location - needs to be upgraded We totally enjoyed our stay and communication with the landlord was excellent. Would not have any hesitation in renting for any future trip to St George.

Outstanding property

I have used VRBO in many locations in the US and Europe. This has to be at the top of the list in places I have used. It is a large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with plenty of space. The facility is spacious and everything looks new. A great view of St. George from this elevated located. Conveniently located to US 15 for freeway access. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.
