It's a little ways out of the city but not too far. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing or wanting. For example, there was a regular coffee maker, a Keurig, and a French press. There were also plenty of pots, pans, etc., and all were in very good shape. We had a ton of fun playing pool upstairs in the evenings and the outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and hot tub were only a few steps away. The ice machine in the fridge wasn't working, but we were able to pick up two bags of ice for free at the snack bar. Our only complaint was that the pool was still pretty cold. We were here in December and feel like it was warmer then. It was too cold to swim in, so I would recommend they increase the temp. ##### Valerie H. We loved our stay in this nice, spacious condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. First of all, everything worked properly; AC, showers, kitchen wares, satellite TV etc. There were helpful items left in the pantry so we did not have to buy every little thing in order to cook. Most important is that the layout of the unit is perfectly suited to spending time together, both inside and out. It is also great that it is across the street from the community pool and pickleball courts which we made full use of. We did some summer rentals at the beach this summer and none of the two places we rented were as clean or well equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely. ##### Chris H.
