Quiet clean neighborhood, good price, clean building grounds. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and easy check in/out. The building/pool area looked a little dated and in need of curb appeal and/or repairs (e.g torn awning on building 1, stained exterior paint, uneven walkways around some of the buildings). The room had updated kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes/utensils. The furniture was decent. The bathroom was dark and could definitely be updated. The hot water didn't last very long for taking showers. Las Palmas has plenty of amenities to keep you entertained when you aren't making excursions to Zion, Bryce Canyon or the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
