Next to Zion Canyon Hot Springs! Near Zion, Great Hiking, Mountain Bike Trails
- This clean white home is located next to Zion Canyon Hot Springs in LaVerkin, UT. (Out the front door and walk one block to the hot springs.) Very close to grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc.
The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub.
The living room has clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities.
We offer a garage with automatic opener to park your car and bikes.
The home has central heat/air for perfect comfort.
Enjoy our fresh peaches and pecans when in season. We love for you to eat as much as you like from our giant pioneer pecan trees and mature peach tree while relaxing in the shady back yard.
