The Space: This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 room w/ 1 King bed & ensuite bathroom, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, A/C & heating, and a private hot tub on a furnished patio with beautiful views. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire condo and community amenities, including pools, hot tubs, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, tennis and more. The condo is ground-level, although one flight of stairs is required to access this unit. The community swimming pools are seasonal and are closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving through the Friday before Presidents Day weekend; pools will remain filled but are not heated nor safe for swimming during this time. Both community hot tubs remain open year-round. The private hot tub on the patio of the home will also be available for use year-round.
