Also, one bedroom is actually a loft area so we didn’t have the privacy for sleeping arrangements that was anticipated. The upper outdoor deck area is relaxing and nice! Also great to have a private hot tub, though we only used that at night when we felt a little more protected from the golf course and highway which both have a clear view of the unit. The parking is a bit precarious. There is no street parking. We were able to fit two small cars in the driveway but had to park our larger vehicle in guest parking elsewhere, sometimes blocks away. The ping ping table is set up in the garage so that is unusable for parking. We were comfortable enough and still enjoyed our time but we won’t be returning to this particular spot again. ##### Tamra A. Reviewer Comments: Our family needed a place to gather together and stay while visiting the St George area. This place was perfect with more than enough space for us to relax and visit with plenty of beds for our large group! The home had to everything we needed and more. The kids loved the old arcade style gaming machine, ping pong table, and of course the hot tub! No matter the ages of those in your group you'll find every comfort you need and more. My only complaint/suggestion would be that the hot tub might not be operating as it should. We couldn't get it to be warmer than 93 degrees and there is soooo much chemicals in it that our skin was very dry itchy as well as are bathing suits ruined from being bleached after just one 30 min use time. Was regular bleach in it? It's a bit inconvenient to have to buy new bathing suits. I hope the hot tub can be serviced properly for the next guests! ##### JACOB C.
