  • If you are looking to get out of the cold and enjoy a relaxing vacation come and stay at our beautiful Las Palmas condo at the Green Valley Resort. This Bottom level unit (no stairs) condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a couch that pulls out into a bed and easily sleeps 6 people. Recently renovated with new flooring, softer mattresses, upgraded larger flat screen tvs, new paint and trim. Fully furnished! This poolside ground level condo is clean, beautiful and only a few steps away. Amenities include: Internet, Pools, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, washing / dryer machines, high chair, pack & play and playgrounds. Nearby attractions include The Tuacahn, shopping, hiking, boating, golfing and so much more!

Absolutely loved our stay! over all home was clean, quiet, and comfy with a nice modern decor. a little musty smell. Loved access to heated pool and hot tub. Really enjoyed my stay here with sister. Will definitely come back and stay for next Zion trip. Enjoyed St. George town as well.

We enjoyed our short stay at this walkout condo. Clean and well supplied. The one thing I would recommend is having a chair, bench, or chest to set luggage on in bedrooms.

St George recon trip

The condo was very clean, with a good floorplan, especially for two couples. Both bedrooms have their own bath. The location was good for us and our needs. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

My mom and I stayed here for a conference. It was perfect for our own space. We each had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. We didn’t cook so I don’t know how stocked it was. But it had everything that we needed for our stay. It is ground floor which was perfect for my mom.

We had a great stay at this condo. It has a well stocked kitchen, nice tv, and is well updated and maintained. It could use a good deep cleaning (kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, floor boards, etc), but is very clean on all the basics. The bed was comfortable and it is bike riding distance to paved trails and parks. Also has a washer and dryer, which we didn't have need for this trip, but I appreciate that in a vrbo

We were gone most of each day riding rzr’s but they had places to park our trailers! Beds were comfy….pool was right out the back door and not super busy! Really enjoyable!

This location was great for access to freeway, restaurants, etc. Beds are super comfortable. Nice remodel. Internet does go in/out but we just had to restart the modem. The directions via the app bring you to the wrong location so may want to update that to the property number since their are many condos within the complex.

Very nice unit with a great location

Loved the unit. Prior to our stay, I read both positive and negative reviews…but more on the positive side. Upon entering the unit, I wrote off the negative reviews as those from people never satisfied. It would have been nice if both bedrooms had a dresser but we made it work. Perfect location to all the Huntsman Games venues. Will look to rent this unit next year.

Our St George Tuacahn & Temple trip was wonderful. The condo is very comfortable. The host was great at timely communication. Important tips: The condo is NOT in bldg 10. It is bldg 12 unit 1205! The close gate to the pool needs repaired as it was locked. There was 1 small pot & a few frying pans - so better bring you own if cooking for a family. We will come here again!
