We came down for a Thanksgiving trip with our family. I really wanted to give a five star review, but the unit is directly behind a large farm with many animals. The roosters were horrible and would often start at 4 AM. The smell of the farm, and the flies were also a nuisance. The kids wish there was a hot tub near the pool and I think once all of the units are built out, it will be impossible to get on the Pickleball court. It was really clean and well-maintained.
