The condo is always clean and spacious enough for four of us and we love the location near the 9th green and clubhouse. I appreciate that the staff checks in with us. We had a problem with the garage door not opening due to a power outage and a workman was sent over to help, as well as someone calling us to try to walk through resetting the power. The house easily accommodated 4 couples. Beds were comfortable and large, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of appliances and dishes. Washer/dryer. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our golf trip. Located across from the pool and as advertised, just a short stroll from the 9th green to the clubhouse. We did have an issue with the HVAC system which was promptly addressed by maintenance. The owners have the thermostat set at 78 degrees and we were having to endure hot rooms upon returning from golfing until the system could cool the house to an acceptable temperature. This was my third time staying and playing at The Ledges and have enjoyed my stay every time.
