There was no staff whatsoever.
On the day i chrcked out, 9 AM, there was no single employee. I had to start opening dewsers behind the desk to get back my psssport.
When we arrived there was no one at the desk and we were told that i should have gotten a code for this self service check in. There was no AC and the room was too hot to sleep. We ended up getting another room somewhere else. The overall status of the hotel was disorganized and dirty. There were food takout boxes in the lobby when we checked in and then 5 hours later the same food stuff was sitting out.

There were loose electrical sockets in the bedroom. The main bedroom light had been removed & just wires left hanging although they were above head height & had been tied up safely.
I didn't sleep there because i thought that the hotel was in Brussels, I just found after that is situated outside Brussels but they wrote is in Brussels South.
Basic hotel as expected for price. Hairdryer broken and no tea/coffee provided, Would not recommend for lone female as majority of customers seemed to be male contractors and reception not manned.
Where to begin.. Paper behing desk says that they return at 4p.m... i arrive at 4:10. Called the number that is on the paper and who i assumed was the manager said he be down in a min.. about 10 min later i get a beep on phone that explained you had to put get an envelope from a safe.. and there was a code in email.. So i looked as its on the wall.. Code worked but no envelope with my name on it.. As i am in process of closing it manager and a woman carrying a little dog shows up.. They asked whatbi was doing and i told them i had jist gotten the email with code and was checking.. He asked if i was one who just called him? I said yeah about minutes ago or so.. but got email and checked it..
He then becomes rude and smartellic...Saying well why did you call me if you know how to run this place and do everything "Smart American" Duringnall this the woman behind desk was kissingnthenfeet of her little dog and the whole situation was just odd.. At this point i should of ran out and found another place.. But i had already paid through Expedia and was just tired and ready to eat and sleep..After finally getting keys to room i went to check it out.. Room was on 3rd floor shortly after getting off elevator i nearly stepped in dog poop.. Room was actually clean.. Bathroom not as much.. I pit my bags in and then went out to eat.. 2 hours later when i came back the dog poop still there.. The check out is a drop box for key.. When i left early that morning the dog poop still there..

The new management are making a great effort to update and turn this hotel round. Extremely helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. A nice family touch in their approach, making it a great visit.

Good value hotel
The service was excellent, extremely friendly manager who has just taken over and is improving the hotel significantly. Rooms are being renovated and upgraded.

I booked this hotel very late and chose it because it was the least expensive. It turned out to be an excellent bargain and I can’t believe I got such a decent room for the price on such short notice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and charming!

The hotel is much cleaner and better than the others in the BE-Housing chain, but its a long way from the city centre on a very long road and so very difficult to find. You need a car to stay at the hotel unless you plan to stay in the locality.
Nice staff. Couldn't check in before 4.00pm, Our room was still not ready so was given another room. Which was okay apart from extremely hot. Sleeping was impossible.
Check out was too early. Especially if one didn't get sleep during the night.
Easy check-in and check-out, parking was quite busy and we were lucky to get a space. Would highly recommend stopping for dinner at L'arlecchino Italian restaurant roughly 20 minutes walk up the road.
