I arrived a few hours early and asked if I could check in, I was told my room was not ready and that I would get a call once it was ready. Two hours later after not getting a call, I went back to check and was told once again that the room was not ready. After nearly one more hour I went back to the front desk and this time my room was ready yet I did not receive a call.
It is my understanding that kids eat free (I have a 6 & 8 year old). Yet we were charged for their meals on several occasions.
