#### 21st Birthday weekend

We rented this property as a family to enable myself and family plus partners to enjoy my daughters 21st birthday. We all had a fabulous time, the house itself is amazing and Amy has thought of loads of special touches which enhance the experience. An amazing place to stay, great location although who would really want to leave the house with all the facilities it has to offer. Can’t wait to return!!!

Very good, large spacious rooms - particularly living area with plenty of room to move around, although the sofas seem to have been made for people with 6 foot legs and two foot backs. Would have appreciated instructions on outside lighting, use of tumble dryer - as not everyone has a condensing dryer, plus correct use of spa baths and showers. Pool and hot tub were exceptional and were well used. On the whole it was a relaxing and enjoyable time and would stay at the facility again ig yh opportunity arose.

#### Many positives but some negatives

Positives…Beautiful house in good location, excellent pool, hot tub and sauna. Bedrooms and en suites excellent. However downstairs and outside area needs some attention as looking tired! Outside furniture in need of revarnishing and the comfortable chairs outside were unusable as mouldy and the table broken! Also the sofas in the living area need attention as my husband cut his hand on exposed staples whilst feeling at the back for a lost toy.

#### Great house, plenty of space. The resort overall could do with some investment

The property was lovely and large and well-equipped. The kitchen / living area in particular are great for large parties and families. The house has started to look a little worn and dated as has the swimming pool. We had a few issues with the weeds in the garden, a broken gate and a blocked toilet but these were sorted by the house manager. Overall we had a great time and the kids loved the pool.

#### Summer trip with teenagers

We spent a week at 200 The Herons with teenagers. We had a really wonderful week. The house was perfect for us and it is in a great location. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.
