The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed non-smoking room. The fish tank in the lobby was nice. The breakfast didn't have any bacon and sausage like some hotels have, but the toast and yogurt was good. I was initially majorly disappointed that things were not better, but at the same time had a good time anyway because just enough was good enough. The hotel is close to a gas station. There were no restaurants across the street like on Mall Road hotels. But it wasn't too far from there. The price was half of what I usually pay, so in that sense it wasn't a bad deal. Thanks.

No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful. The door insert card to open the hotel room door (I've used them or some like them all over the world) was a pain in the ass. Numerous attempts before it clicked. The bed was comfortable, the bath area was clean and stocked. It was a nice stay. The blueberry muffins and yogurt for breakfast were tasty.

Room was clean and, except for very loud AC, quiet. But every time the AC kicked in, it woke me up. Pool was handy and cool. Needs some repairs along one side. But I needed that refreshing dip. Breakfast was basic continental but staffer kept everything full, even til the end of aervice. Nice job!

It was an alright.

The beds were extremely comfortable, room was clean for the most part. The bathroom floor was dirty you could tell it hadn't been swept or mopped in awhile. The ice machines kinda difficult to find. The bushes on the pool side are infested with wasp I was stung 4 times by wasp walking to the pool. I stayed in room 264 on the pool side and there was a wasp nest under the a/c unit under the window outside. The fridge doesn't work,the phone in the room was hooked up the phone cord was missing from it, blow dryer didn't work, the pool closed at 9 not 11 like it says online and theres no wifi there for the guests

Check in was quick, the lady only needs our car license plate numbers. Building is outdated but we got what we needed. Breakfast was good but coffee was bland. Two queen bed bedroom was clean and comfortable. It’s worth it including breakfast which costed below a hundred a day. So I don’t expect fancy as we only want to have a good sleep. We didn’t hear loud noise. I saw the pool was nice but our family didn’t have time to enjoy. Recommend it for everyone.

My children loved the pool, it was nice having a pool at the location. The breakfast in the morning was good with different options to choose from and the area was well organized and clean. Our room could of been a little cleaner, the bathroom still had stains in it from the people who stayed in the room the day before. Overall, for the price I would recommend this location.

The room was great. The bed was not too hard or too soft. It was goldie locks. The grounds are beautiful but some of the landscaping needs work. The pool was fabulous. Its clean and good seating and sunning lounges around it. Staff were helpful, nice and gracious.
