"This is a perfectly good place to stay in Niagara Falls, without the frenetic activity of the major hotels and at half or a third of the price, depending on when you go. "The room was ok. Has a musty smell as it is an old building but tolerable. Sheets were clean. Toilet and washroom were old but clean. Parking is cheap compared to surrounding hotels. The guy who checked us in during the evening time was very nice and accommodating and friendly. Very basic motel, good for a budget weekend getaway with family. "My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!"
