THE SPACE:
+Welcome to our peaceful retreat! Enjoy our semi-detached home. As you walk-in, you will notice the beautiful decor and spotless cleanliness. Our home offers Spa-like rooms that feature comfortable mattresses that our guests have raved about and allow you to recharge

+Gold accented bathroom features a rustic wood countertop with rainfall shower-head to give a taste of luxury. It is located on the main floor
+Fully equipped kitchen with both modern and homey comforts to make a chef out of you

+Eat-in kitchen w/dinette set, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, flatware, pots & pans. Creamer provided, Pantry items include Nespresso coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt & pepper.

+2 Bedrooms upstairs featuring Queen-sized beds. Linens included. Window air conditioning units, ceiling fans, baseboard heaters and blackout curtains. Additional sleeping space in our living room with our sofa bed (double sized mattress). Flat sheets available to make the bed.

+Our spacious and bright living room features plenty of natural light, a pullout couch that can allow you to either catch up on sleep or lounge while being entertained by the TV with an electric FIREPLACE to nestle beside in order to unwind and relax after a full day of exploring nearby attractions

+One of the perks of this home is the in-house, stacked LAUNDRY facility on the main floor, making it convenient for you to keep your clothes clean and fresh during your stay.

+PETS are welcome! We love furry friends and offer a dog bed, water/ food bowl along with pet towels to keep your fur friends feeling at home. We have a partially fenced backyard.

+Bring the little ones and utilize the Pack-n-play playpen that features a lush mattress. Utilize a flat sheet for the mattress. Located in the closet.

+Be in control of your perfect house temperature: to keep you cool there are window air conditioners in living room and each bedroom along with a ceiling fans

GUEST ACCESS:
+We offer 24-hour check-in with keypad self-entry for your convenience.

+1-2 parking spots available. One spot is to the left of the garage and the other is directly in front of the garage if you have a smaller car. These spaces are 24-hour free city parking. You won't have to worry about finding a parking spot, and you can rest easy knowing that your car is safe and secure.

+To access the house, Follow the instructions provided to you before check in. We hope you enjoy your stay at our short-term rental home, and we're always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

+No loud noise after 11 p.m. The city of St. Catharines enforces this by-law strictly. A complaint may result in arrival of police and fines. We are aware we are a semi-detached home and sounds, noises and disturbances can happen during your stay.

+Garbage: Please pick up after yourself! Extra garbage bags are underneath the sink. Garbage bins are located on the patio with a lid to discourage animal friends. Recycling is mandatory; use the bins beside the garage - FRIDAY is garbage day - Guests staying Thursday night are asked to take the garbage and recycling to the curb (Please review the recycling guide in Ontario)
