Perfectly located in a quiet street. Close to the downtown area. The house is very nice, 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Open floor with main area, kitchen and bathroom on 1st floor. Very convenient locking system for the door with just a code no need for keys. The owner is very nice and concerned about our well-being.
The property is located in a great neighborhood close to the city centre but far enough from the busyness of the downtown.Everything is accessible with a cab or your own vehicle.Highly recommend and I will definitely re book if I’m in the area again.
The space was perfect for my family of five with two kids sharing a bed and my youngest sleeping on the couch. It is a ten minute walk to a lovely farmer’s market and a great location if you are headed to Niagara.
When we walked in we were very pleased with the cleanliness. Everything was there even a doggie bed. We were very pleased with our stay except we wish our stay would of been longer . Weekend flew by so fast . Would stay there again.

Property was very clean and owner was very attentive. The house is located in a downtown area and the driveway had a massive pothole. Not an ideal location for 2 cars, not good for accessibility issues or disabled persons as there is a large wooden staircase needed to get to bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathroom are not on the same floor. Beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. There is a small yard and porch but zero patio items or furniture to use outdoors. Cameras outside that face towards the home and into the home. Front door only had a cheap handle lock and a metal plate that looked like the door had been damaged or kicked down. Sadly we paid for 3 nights and left promptly after one night. No fire extinguisher, no smoke alarms, we were simply uncomfortable and unsafe.

The place was nicely updated, clean and comfortable inside but when we first got there, we thought we had the wrong address as the lawn needed mowed and there was broken furniture on the porch. I notified our host promptly, as I didn't want to be charged for damages. Inside, the host had posted a notice on the fridge that guests were required to take the garbage cans and recycling to the curb on trash day (this area picks up trash every 2 weeks according to the notice and schedule). Our stay fell on trash day/week so that it sounded like we were expected to haul out 2 weeks worth of trash for the host. We were only staying 3 nights so this seemed out of line. When I contacted the host about the trash, they assured me that was only for long term stays and the handyman would take care of the garbage. The host assured me they would clarify that notice for future guests but when we checked out a few days later, the trash was still there (several days after the posted trash pickup day). After our stay the host billed me 50.00 for 12 coffee pods, which seemed excessive and I have to wonder if it was retaliation for the trash issue. I wouldn't have minded being charged had I known they had a price but nothing was posted so I thought they were complimentary.I'll be sure to ask, from now on. But I won't be staying here again. Too many gray areas. Too many surprises.
