It was a bit small for 12 adults, 8-10 would have been better accommodated, or adults and kids, as pull out sofa in basement was more appropriate for one small adult or two kids. Location was nice as we were able to slip in and out of NOTL and close wineries easily. There is also a nice walking trail behind the house a block away. It was so welcoming and the host was so quick to answer any concerns and questions. Our only problem? Our trip was too short to be able to really enjoy relaxing in this adorable house! We came up to Niagara on the Lake & St. Catharines for our annual "Wine-o Weekend Getaway" in celebration of our anniversary and my husband's birthday.
