    Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 2 Steps To Ensuite Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Tabletop freezer available on request. Doggy extras. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no children under 11 years old. There are some low sloping ceilings and 4 steps in the garden.. Nestled deep in the Cornish countryside situated on a smallholding, yet only 15 minutes from both spectacular coasts, this holiday property provides that much needed get away. This charming cottage exudes cosy elegance with its low-sloping ceilings and open-plan living space. The living area is a welcoming retreat, featuring a Freeview TV and an electric wood burner, perfect for relaxing evenings. Adjacent, the well-equipped kitchen area boasts modern amenities making it easy to feel at home. The kingsize bedroom promises restful slumbers, complete with an en-suite shower cubicle for added comfort and privacy. Although single storey, it has some internal steps and there is one-way privacy glass in the kitchen/dining room. Outside, the enclosed lawned garden beckons with its tranquil ambience, offering a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for leisurely outdoor meals and soaking up the serene surroundings.

    Coombe offers visitors a delightful escape with its picturesque countryside, historic Coombe Abbey and park, and charming village atmosphere, perfect for exploring the rich heritage and natural beauty of the area. Lanes, bridleways and footpaths provide perfect walking opportunities, and there is an array of things to see and do in the surrounding area.

    The Eden Project offers visitors an immersive experience of lush tropical rainforests and Mediterranean landscapes, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan captivates visitors with its botanical gardens, woodland paths and fascinating wildlife. There are also many National Trust gardens and houses nearby. Charlestown, with its Georgian architecture and tall ships, the seafaring town of Fowey, and Mevagissey with its working harbour, are all easily reached and well worth the visit.

    With so much to see and do, Millie’s Place is a great choice for a holiday base to relax or tour Cornwall, with golf, sea fishing, cycling and tennis nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
