Comfortable king size bed, privacy, full bathroom with roman bathtub, washer/dryer, full kitchen with all the utensils you will need, two flat screen tv's, fast free wifi, private balcony overlooking lush gardens with a fountain. Escape to Paradise! The Laterra resort boasts a plethora of amenities right outside your doorstep. Heated pool, pool with waterfall, jacuzzi hot tub, tennis courts, award winning Golf (King and Bear across the street), fitness center, on site spa (Circle of Wellness), and much more. This charming condo is located within a short drive to beautiful beaches to choose from - whether you want to surf or just put your toes in the water, it's all within driving range. Historic old St. Augustine welcomes you with trolly rides, shopping on St. Georges street, landmarks, festivals, holidays with Night of Lights, various boat tours. Now for food - so many restaurants for so many different tastes. One within walking distance., others within a 5 minute drive. Additionally, restaurants with live music, brunch options, drinks, waterfront, so much to choose from. Be our guest and make this rental your home away from home!

* Close to Murabella, Silverleaf, King and Bear Golf, S&S Golf, and about 20 minutes away from Nocatee. Great location and typically safe from natural disasters.

This was perfect for what I was wanting. It was not too close to downtown while still being able to get there within a reasonable amount of time everything was very clean very organized. I felt like we had everything at the condo that we would need and the guards at the gate were super helpful. Would love to stay again!

Perfect overnight

We needed an overnight stay ahead of our flight home and this was the perfect spot. Clear directions for entry, cool, clean, complimentary snacks, and comfortable resting spots. We intended to walk around the beautiful property, but were so comfy inside we just stayed in and watched movies! Bed was wonderfully comfortable and blackout curtains worked great. It had a well stocked kitchen and easy coffee maker, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extra necessities. Water closet is so great in a one bath unit. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

Beautiful area for golfers

Lovely neighbourhood and condo has great amenities - pool, hot tub plus community center close by. Condo itself is a good size with everything we needed but quite dated with older carpet, furniture, tv, bathroom. Very responsive host.

Unit was clean and neat but the strong odor required us to open windows and doors...smelled like old wood and cigars. Bed was comfortable... slippery tub was a concern. Elevator wreaked with unpleasant smell also but it worked properly. Check-in at gate was awkward with guard on duty; no welcome or procedure explained - we got through it and received our parking pass. Location served the purpose of an overnight stay but will look elsewhere in the future.
