Oceanview 2 Bedroom Town House

  • Location, location, location! Sit on the balcony as you watch the ocean, with bonus views of the inlet and Fort Matanzas National Monument Park (beach side). Steps to the pool and beach! Enjoy our renovated ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. The unit has enough to sleep six, and the living room has a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra bed. The living room smart TV includes a DVD/VCR player. New LVP flooring downstairs, and carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. Our unit is bright and airy with an added storm door, allowing in an abundance of natural light. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from. There are also tennis courts, racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property, boat and RV storage and bike racks, so you can bring all your toys. Our common area around the pools is beautifully well-maintained with lush grass and landscape, with private access to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Relax and enjoy!

Fabulous Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is excellent. Well maintained and very comfortable and clean. All kitchen tools/ appliances met needs and beach chairs provided. Close to pool and beach view is outstanding. Very pleased, will return often to this lovely slice of paradise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Summerhouse! The condo was clean, updated and had what we needed for a nice trip! The only complaint we would have is the master bathroom has horrible water pressure. Other than that we would definitely stay at summerhouse again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Condo Complex and Beach. Unit could use some maintenance which was pointed out to management. Door on dishwasher needs attention (door spring needs service), Needs a new screen door(would not close),not enough cold water on master bath shower( needs more cold water so you can take a cool shower),3-way switch for light in stairway needs wired correctly, could use a few more cooking pans/utensils, Printed directions for TV's(trouble getting upstairs TV on). Just a note about dishwasher, it fell sharply and hit my wife's ankle causing a bruise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Summerhouse for over 30 years. I came as a kid and now I’m bringing my kids. We love the place, location, pool, beach, restaurants, etc. The only thing I would mention this year is the pool and pool deck. Most days it was clean but there were a few days that it just needed to be cleaned or blown off. However, we love coming there and will continue to do so!
