Oceans 13 Unit A is in a one-story duplex located in the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John's Pier and Mini-golf. Walk across the street in the morning to Kookaburra, a local favorite coffee shop, or to Island Donut Shop for a gourmet donut. A quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to several shops and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are included. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. Well-stocked, clean and tidy, and truly steps to the beach! Check-in was extremely simple, and they had it ready when we arrived. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all right there. It is steps from the beach and easy access. Could use some updating.
