Sandpiper 222 - No Shoes, No Shirt, No Worries!

Spectacular views of the ocean and pool from your balcony! This townhouse is located on the second floor of the crescent. The main living area has tile floors throughout and as well as an updated kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs you will find two-bedroom and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the guest bedroom features two full beds. Tastefully decorated with Florida's famous flamingo motif and bright colors for that ultimate beach living sensation.
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach. **Please note Crescent Sandpiper does not have any elevators.

Condo location was fantastic and enjoyed the area. The unit was clean overall but there are a few items that could be addressed: the water from the upstairs sink had a strong sulfur smell, the towel rack on the patio was broken (taped and zip tied), the pool had a ton of hair and debris in it and the only access to washer/ dryer was in the basement. The cost and location made it very inconvenient for our stay.
