Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep you comfortable through every season. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while the HDTV is there when you're ready to unwind. A washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials are on hand for longer stays. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and gather - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Barbecue utensils are ready for outdoor grilling, and the dining table brings everyone together for shared meals.
Outdoor living & pool
Relax on the patio or balcony with a morning coffee or an evening breeze. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside. Guests also have access to the community outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your time on the shore, just steps across A1A.
Parking & location
Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on premises, with additional space suitable for a boat or jet ski. A nearby Intracoastal Waterway launch puts the water even closer. Local dining, grocery stores, and the historic district of St. Augustine are all just a short drive away - an easy base for families, couples, or small groups.
The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
