The unit was very nice. Well stocked with essentials. Full kitchen for a studio. Very well priced and located close to shopping and interstate. Communication with property manager very good and check in and out very easy. We will definitely rebook this unit our next visit to St. Augustine.

Great stay

Check in was easy and the stay was lovely. It was a little farther from downtown and the beaches than expected, but that really didn't deter from the stay. Very clean and cozy and the resort was beautiful.

The studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay while we visited with family in St. Augustine. The apartment had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfortable. The building, the grounds, and the pool were all beautiful. Our favorite eating places: Canopy Cafe for breakfast, Woodpecker’s BBQ was amazing for lunch, and Whit’s frozen custard was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Porta del Sol.

This unit was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.The hosts were very responsive and available by text when I had a small problem with the washer/dryer. I would definitely stay in the unit again and highly recommend it.

Winter get away

We loved our stay at Lattera. Everything was just like home including the weather. We are from Buffalo New York. Our hosts we amazing and checked in with us every few days to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The property itself was beautiful. It was located near shops and restaurants. St Augustine was beautiful and easy to get to! Thank you for allowing us to make your home our home away from home.

Just as described. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We found the resort very beautiful, clean, and quiet. We sat by the pool each day. The room was stocked with items not usually found in a VRBO such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room is perfect for two people and the area was new and upcoming, relaxed, laid back, less traffic than we expected. We made trips to St. Augustine, the beaches, Palm Coast, Daytona, and Jacksonville. The Hosts were very easy to contact with any questions. We would highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying at Laterra. First time was an amazing one bedroom. This time a just as amazing studio. We were well versed on the gate entry and room key access from out first trip. That being said our hosts went above and beyond with all the information we would have needed. Unit is a very good size studio with a small but full size kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Would stay in this unit again. Laterra and the amenities are really nice.
