Charming cottage near downtown and beach

The beaches are calling! Owl's Nest is your cozy, dog-friendly escape in St. Augustine. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is conveniently located to all St. Augustine has to offer. We're a quick drive to St. Augustine Beach or Vilano Beach. After a day soaking in the sun, head downtown and try one of St. Augustine's amazing restaurants.

When you walk into the home you'll be welcomed by an open layout. Our living room features a comfortable couch and sleeper sofa where you can curl up with a good book or enjoy something on our 65" Roku television. Our dining area seats eight and is a great spot to fuel up for your day of exploring. Our kitchen features updated appliances and is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you need. We've got your coffee and tea covered! Brew a whole pot or a single cup in our coffee maker. Or, if you prefer a tea kettle, we have got you covered there as well. The dining area and living room make for an excellent gathering space.

The home has three bedrooms and a pull-out couch. The master suite features a queen bed, 40" Roku TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms in the home - a queen room and a room with a twin over-queen bunk. Our living room features a pull-out couch with queen bed, love seat and a chair. An additional full bathroom features a combination tub/shower. Our home works well for a group of friends, three couples, or a family.

Out back, enjoy a relaxing afternoon in our covered outdoor space that features a couch and two chairs. Your furry friends will enjoy running around in our fully fenced-in backyard.

Owls Nest - The perfect place to stay

This home is only a few minutes from the heart of town. It is exceptionally clean and has everything you will need for your stay. We loved our time there and will definitely stay here again should we be in St Augustine.

Thanksgiving holiday visit

This is a really nice place to stay, very comfortable, close to downtown St Augustine but quiet even during a busy holiday. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the house has all that we needed. We particularly loved the back porch, even after the cold front came through!

My family enjoyed our stay. The owners were very accommodating and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. The house was very clean and well stocked. Also, location was great! 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see (beaches, attractions, shopping and restaurants). Hope to visit again next year and stay here again!

This cottage was immaculate and decorated very nicely. Plenty of room for 3 adults and our little dog. We LOVED the location, it was close to everything we wanted to do. Perfect bungalow minutes from all the fun and tucked away feom all the tourist noise.

Excellent location and 5 minutes from the historic district. Very walkable. We will come back. October is a Perfect time of year to stay at rhis lovely VRBO HOME. Next time I will bring my 8lb dog. Its very pet friendly.

Mini Vacay with Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest! It was very clean with lovely decor. We loved being able to bring our little fur baby too. There were even doggie dishes for her. The beds were extremely comfortable and the street was quiet. The only negative for us personally was not having tv's in the bedrooms, however the tv in the living room was extra nice!

Ours stay in St Augustine was perfect from check in to check out. The property was accurately represented on VRBO. We especially liked the fenced in back yard as it was a great place for the dog to run and burn off some excess energy. The property was clean, up to date, and extremely comfortable. Great weekend getaway

Great birthday girls trip!

We were very impressed our entire stay. We never cooked a meal, but everything you would need was there. We were basically coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night, but the living/ family room was perfect to gather and enjoy the company of all. The open concept was very conversation friendly. Unfortunately it was way too cool to enjoy any of the user friendly outdoor spaces.

Went up with 2 other couples to see the Christmas lights in St Augustine! We were just a couple of miles from old town. House was clean and cozy. We wish that there were some games to play. Luckily we brought our own cards!

Amazing Stay! Quiet Cottage in St. Augustine

Everything was amazing. From communication with owners to easy check in and out process. Home was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Daughter's wedding

Drove down for our daughter's wedding. The venue was 10-15min away, so it was perfect. We were far enough away where we could have some time to ourselves but close enough to help as needed. The house was quiet and looked as though newly renovated. A sheriff lives across the street, so we definitely felt safe especially not knowing the area at all.

Perfect Little Place!

Loved this house! It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 2 teenagers and our aussie. Great neighbors/neighborhood for walking the dog as well. Very clean. Even had separate towels for any pet accidents so you arent mixing towels. Very close to St. George St. Not walkint distance but less than a 5 min drive. Highly recommend this house!

Fantastic family stay

We loved staying at the property with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The layout of the home is very well designed and comfortable to stay in. Loved having access to a fenced back yard d for our dog. The kitchen and living space were big enough for everyone to use. Really appreciated the pack and play, stroller and high chair for our one yea old. Very close drive to town, only took about 5 minutes. The host was very responsive when we had a question. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for something just outside of town.

Beautiful Home

The house has a lovely interior. Nice modern bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of towels. Soap, bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers (nice and eco-friendly). Cute front porch. Lots of parking. Big back yard that was great for our dogs. If you do bring a dog, make sure you have a leash to get them to the backyard (no direct access from inside the house). Near a marina with food truck area and close to downtown. Overall a great experience.
