We loved this home. The location is fantastic. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hosts provide terrific amenities such as soaps, shampoo, conditioner, eye makeup remover, and toilet paper. The sofa was very comfortable (i.e., nap!). The beds were firm memory-type, which is what we have in our home so we slept well. Only got in car twice - drove to beach to O'steens for lunch and to Taco Libre (also walkable from the home tho.) Other than those, we walked everywhere else with no problem. In addition, enjoyed breakfast at Sun Day's, and Coffee House Realty Cafe. For outdoor live music, Pierre's Pub was fun, intimate place with beer, wine and frozen drinks.This home was the perfect location with quiet neighbors and most important, we felt safe. The house was clean and as advertised. It was spacious for our group of 4 adults and one child. The location was also within walking distance of historic St. Augustine. More than a condo and les than a mansion, just the perfect fit for our family of five. The only minus I could tell (because nothing's perfect) if you could invest in better matress, in both rooms, they are as hard as concrete (from the point of view of my wife).
