There are three flat screen TV's one of which is a 55' smart TV, and a DVR. Tile floors in the living areas for easier clean up from the beach sand and carpeting in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and keurig. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.
