It is important not to put grease or solid foods of any size down the kitchen drain, and no foreign objects or paper towels down the toilet. \*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. There is a Ring camera on the front exterior of the house overlooking the street and front yard, and a 2nd Ring camera overlooking the back of the house, the driveway and the street. There is a home that very recently was built across the street and partly inhibits ocean views, but not completely. Single-ply toilet paper only! This home is on septic, so the plumbing is very delicate. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice. Dogs are not allowed in this property. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
