  • Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath town home that comfortably accommodates 4 overnight guests. Fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms with spacious living area. Views of the ocean and pool on the private balcony and lots of light for your vacation enjoyment. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

A great Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great. Loved our unit and the overall experience. One odd thing is the owner of the unit visited our unit twice. Both times unannounced. That seemed odd and unwelcomed.
