Nice property with good king bed, clean kitchen and 2 nice pools. The only issue is that the porch or deck overlooks A1A just a few feet away. So it’s really noisy out there and a little noisy inside too.

Family weekend getaway

Pat's place was perfect for our stay. We wanted something relaxing with easy access to the beach, but not too far away from restaurants and local activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit and great location

This place is located in a well maintained gated community. Here you have great amenities, security and direct beach access. We loved the fact that is just 15 minutes drive to downtown and also we were able to enjoy the beach life. The two pools have security and are really nice. This is a great place to stay.

Location is spot on

Was close to the pools and to the beach. Access to A1A and to old St. Augustine was what we were looking for. Shower pressure was excellent...wife made me say that.

B35 3 night stay

Very nice -- worked great for me as I was in town visiting family. I've stayed at other Ocean Village condos as well -- all have worked great. B35 has a really slick kiosk for check in/out and very easy electronic door lock as well. Pizza and wings are right across the street!

Enjoyed our time near Butler Beach biking for miles on the hard sand-surfaced shoreline.

The property was clean and well-stocked; communication with manager/owner was excellent; comfortable bed and furnishings. Great for our poodle. We were a bit disappointed with the location right on the A1A; so noisy with traffic that we could not enjoy the balcony. Loved that we could drive our Jeep right onto the beach! Overall, good value.

Family Vacation to St. Augustine Beach

My wife and I stayed at the property with our 1 year old. I'd certainly recommend the property due to affordability and location (10 minute walk to the beach). The only issue I'd point out to a prospective renter is that, although it's only about 6-7 miles from downtown St. Augustine, the traffic was bad each time we made the trip, and it was often over 30 minutes to drive. Take that into account if you plan on going to St. Augustine during your stay.
