From this pool-side, ocean-view 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom two-story townhouse at St. Augustine Beach’s Sea Place complex you can feel the sea breeze and fall asleep to the Atlantic Ocean surf. The Sea Place complex is right off historic Butler Beach on A1A South conveniently located in the center of all that Anastasia Island has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals, great fishing, beautiful beaches, and much more.

The master features a NEW KING MATTRESS March 2023 while the second bedroom has two brand NEW TWIN MATTRESSES MARCH 2023!
The living room has a pull out sofa for extra guests (unit sleeps 6). The condo has both a washer and dryer for laundry. Linens, towels are fully stocked. There are TVs in all bedrooms and the unit has free high speed wireless Internet.

The Sea Place complex is oceanfront with a swimming pool, private tennis courts, and a private walkway to the beach. The courtyard and large sunbathing area around the pool offers space to relax and watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lounger.

This property is also a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Play tennis on Anastasia Island or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Lazy days or whatever pace you desire, excellent restaurants for every taste, nightly entertainment, locally or in town. Nearby, downtown St. Augustine is an ideal day trip no matter your group dynamic or interests. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Orlando and Disney World is just over a two-hour drive to round out any great family vacation.

Relaxing visit

Wonderful location and very clean. The sofa bed was terrible for the kids and they ended up on an air mattress, but other than that was a great stay and perfect family location :)

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very nice. Great beds plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. A short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not crowded.

Relaxation at its best

Sea Place is a wonderful spot in St. Augustine Beach. This spot is convenient to so many places and it’s got beach access and a pool. Perfect for a relaxing weekend or vacation. The owner is a great communicator.

Nice location!

The property is clean and in a great St. Augustine beach location with easy access to the beach. We had a comfortable and nice stay. It was a pleasure dealing with Candy who was fantastic, friendly and very responsive.

Great location

close to everything we wanted to explore in St. Augustine. We didn't stay at the room much or use amenities. We went exploring and found a place to eat and get coffee right by the ocean called Ragga Surf Cafe, vibe was great and food delicious , highly recommend checking it out.

Beach Getaway

We have stayed in Sea Place before and love the property as it is not too big, has a nice pool, and great beach access. First time staying in this property and it did not disappoint. Great location, clean, well appointed. A few minor improvements - fix sliding glass door latch; upgrade balcony furniture, upgrade to smart TVs. Luckily weather was perfect and we spent our time on the beach. Will be back.

Perfect location

Very clean, organized condo. We didn’t have any issues at all. Loved the coffee waiting for us when we arrived. Close to the beach and pool. 10/10 would rent this condo again.

Lovely long weekend

We had a lovely time at the condo. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. We wish we could have stayed longer, but time wouldn’t allow this trip. We will definitely come back and enjoy another stay and the city.

Family vacation

The location was perfect, enjoyed the ability to see the pool from our balcony. Did a great job providing us with a complimentary early check in, supplies such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc to get us started. Will say that the cleanliness was not as up to par as I hoped and had trouble “settling in” Light out in master bathroom, creaky fan in master, bathrooms could use better cleaning as our three daughters didn’t want to shower in it. Our oldest (13) found 2 condoms in the drawer of the dresser, oops awkward. Had to take Clorox wipes and wipe off the dust bunnies in the bedroom window/blinds next to twin bed where kids slept. Got locked out once and it only took a credit card to pop open the front of the unit.

Early Spring Getaway!

The condo was very nice and clean. Furniture is new. Beds are comfortable. There are 5 beach towels in the condo which was very nice. Large size shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. The open concept kitchen made the space easy to socialize while in the unit. There was just one trash bag, so we did have to go buy some but not a big deal. The host, Candy, was quick to reply on the few questions I had. She even called after we got home to discuss our stay. She gets 5 stars! The access to the beach was great. The only disappointing thing was the amount of seating in living area. There was just a couch and one chair. (Listing had love seat also.) For 4 adults it was tight. We used one of the other chairs from kitchen area. Candy explained that this was a temporary thing and another chair was ordered. I would recommend this condo. Thanks Candy!

Awesome Stay

The property was amazing and steps from the beach. The private beach location was great and reduced congestion a lot. Quiet location even with a good amount of pedestrian activity. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy St Augustine.

The perfect getaway

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! This beach condo exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beautiful sandy shores. The interior is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process a breeze.
