First of all, you can't beat this location. It is right across from a gorgeous beach. The pool is clean, large, and equipped with nice chairs/unbrellas/toys for kids. This condo, however, does not seem newly renovated--see pictures. Two of the beds (the single ones) are box springs (which are exposed and dirty) on the floor with cheap mattresses. The couch is disgusting. It is the main place to sit in the condo, and smells like dogs and soured linens. The bed sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows are flat and cheap, too.Old refrigerator, no water or ice maker. No instructions in the unit for getting the TVs to work--the only manuals/welcome info in the folders are for Pelican Inlet itself, not this particular condo. We could not get the television in the living room to work--everyone in my family tried multiple things multiple times. We stayed Fri-Thurs, so I notified the host of the problem on Friday, and she was kind/apologetic, and got someone there Monday morning to fix it, which was great, but we had no living room TV for 3 nights. There is no clock/radio in the second bedroom? The kitchen had minimal utensils--no spatula? Only salt, pepper, and a bag of sugar. Only one (small) frying pan.The washer and dryer and dishwasher were great. The host was kind, but this place lacks attention to detail that most VRBO have.If you stay at Pelican Inlet, where there are many VRBOs, you can probably find a nicer condo for less .
