Cook up breakfast "at home," or walk across the street to a bagel shop before heading out to explore the many shops, and historic sites in downtown and along the riverfront. 64 Hypolita is located just a block from historic St. George Street right between award-winning restaurants and bars, and just over The Gifted Cork Wine and Gift Shop (The apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building). Relax with your own glass of wine while people watching from the balcony in the evening, or if you prefer, curl up on the sofa, or up the spiral staircase in the Master bedroom for a private retreat with your loved ones to watch a movie. The private apartment entrance is just off the street separate from the shop. Just inside the door are stairs to climb up to the open floor-plan apartment. The main living area is surrounded by three walls of windows and high ceilings, and includes the living, balcony, dining, and large kitchen and breakfast bar. A queen bedroom and bath is located on this floor. Centered in the living space is a spiral staircase leading to a large Master bedroom suite and loft workspace area. The front balcony wraps the living space and faces Hypolita and also looks out toward St. George Street. There is an additional back balcony sitting space off the kitchen. We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful place. The unit was spacious and in an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was wonderful! The communication with the property manager was spot on. The place was very clean, inviting and quiet.
