Loved our stay and plan to return! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many of our favorite places, not to mention easy easy stroll to the beach without leaving the property! Very quiet and relaxing as well!

Perfect location for fun time at the beach

We loved the quiet condo that was steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool as part of the complex was never crowded and was just outside the back door. The condo was wonderful and a great place to get out of the sun and relax!

Great place for Spring Break

Our family had so much fun on our Spring Break vacation staying at this condo. Close to everything and just a short walk to the beach it was perfect for us. The condo was steps from the pool and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and location

Very clean property with thoughtful amenities. Kids loved close access to the pool and short walk to the beach. Owner has kept beach chairs and toys which was such a nice addition. Will definitely stay here if we are back to St Augustine.

Lovely Condo

This beach condo truly is lovely. It was clean, well provisioned, and in a great location on the beach near the St. Augustine pier. It was especially nice to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants and bars and to events at the pier. The owners were also very nice and helpful.

Condo near the beach

A roomy, comfortable condo with a private patio close to the pool and minutes from the beach and the pier was ours for 4 weeks. We had family visit with plenty of room for 4 adults. The location was excellent, walking distance to several restaurants, a weekly market and local gallery.

Our stay on the island

The condo is very comfortable, in a good location right by the beach and pier and had everything we needed. The pool is extremely close and had the weather cooperated more, I would have used it daily. The setting is nice and quiet despite being close to all conveniences.

You couldn't ask for a better host and hostess than Doug & Mary. We keep coming back to their corner of the world because it's the best! 10/10 highly recommend! Awesome Place

We will definitely stay here again. Great location on the beach. Pool right behind outdoor patio with view of the ocean. The condo has open floor plan with lots of space. The upgrades are top notch. Will not be disappointed renting this condo!

Convenient location to restaurants and pool

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We were close to the nearby ampitheater where we attended some concerts and very close walk to some great restaurants. We have a 3 year old and an 8 year old who loved being right by the pool and an ice cream and donut shop. The complex had plenty of guest parking for family in the area who met us on the beach each day which was nice. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. It’s near the pier with many nice restaurants close by. I loved walking the beach. The state park is a mile up the beach with trails, snack bar, and bathrooms. The unit has some really nice upgrades. I especially liked the walk-in shower in the master bath. I’ve already booked my stay for next year.

Perfect long weekend!

We loved this condo! Clean and smelled very fresh. Condo was exactly as described. Pool was 10 steps away and the beach was a minute walk. Highly recommend! Hosts were great. Definitely a 5 star all around.
