Built in 1917, renovated kitchen with new appliances, tastefully decorated, & equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Historic St. Augustine a remarkable experience. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms. Indoor dinning area and an outdoor dinning area on the open deck as well. Café & scones in the AM or cocktails & Tapas in the evening al fresco. Walking distance to town with private parking in the rear. Your own laundry too. Close to everything yet far enough away for peace and tranquility.

We loved the lofty treetop apartment. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. John was friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We loved how close it was to everything so that we could walk. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again whenever in the area.

Loft Apt Great Choice

The apt was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, and comfortable especially walking to/ from the center of town. Everything is within a short walk including local shopping and cafe's, etc. Host thought of all the little touches to make a return stay highly likely.

Absolutely Amazing!

First time visiting St. Augustine and it was awesome. The location of this property was spot on. Quiet neighborhood setting and a short walk to all the historic downtown action. We loved it and will be back.

Great location, wonderful apartment

Spent just two nights at this great place in this wonderful city. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything you want to see in the central historical area. The unit has all the comforts you need in a charming old home. A well equipped kitchen, smart TV and good central air, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhoid. Next time we will stay longer!

We were able to walk to the Fort, St George street, Ripley's, and the city of lights and never had to move the car from the residence and hunt for parking. Couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay at the 'Lofty Treehouse', even though it was cut short by two days bc of hurricane Milton. The balcony/raised porch was lovely the night that we got to use it before the rains. But, we had everything we needed from a vacation rental & Jim was always helpful. We plan to stay there again.

Everything you could think of is in this House. Walking distance to all the Local Hotspots, but also located in a very Quiet neighborhood. Beds are very comfy and plenty of living space for a family. Communication from the Property manager was amazing. Quick to respond.

Fantastic Environment

We have been coming to St Aug for 9 years and we wish we had found this property much sooner. The owner, Jim, was great to work with. The neighbors were very welcoming. It was a quiet residential setting but within easy walking distance of all the major points of interest. We plan to repeat it again next year.

We have rented AirBnb in the past in different states but nothing beats Lofty Treetop! It was Perfect! The space, cleanliness, privacy but most important the walking distance to Nights of Lights! We are New Yorkers, and have been living in FL for almost 5 yrs now. I’m still not used to driving everywhere! Being in St. Augustine and being able to walk everywhere from Loft Treetop was GREAT! The communication with the host was always on point! Our daughter was visiting from the Army for the holidays and her words were “Mom, I want to stay in this AirBnb again, I love it”! Thank you so much for everything! Loft Treetop is A MUST!
