Welcome to the Garden View Vista studio, your bright and airy getaway. The beauty of a live oak tree and nature's tranquility greet you right outside your door. This peaceful retreat is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with the outdoors.  
Step out onto the spacious patio to soak in the serene surroundings, or head inside to the homey living and sleeping area. The studio features a king bed, a futon for extra seating or sleeping, a microwave, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a wall-mounted TV for all the essentials.  
  
Whether exploring historic St. Augustine or relaxing in this charming space, the Garden View Vista studio offers the perfect blend of nature and modern comfort for a refreshing escape.  
  
This unit is pet-friendly for dogs only, with a maximum of two dogs weighing no more than 45 pounds. A per dog, per night fee, plus taxes, will be charged separately and collected directly by the property.  
  
Onsite Office Hours:  
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  
Our rental team is available through the messaging center from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and contact numbers will be shared upon booking.
