St Augustine trip 2021

The house was nice and had plenty room.. the kitchen was complete with all things needed to complete a meal. Nice screened in patio. Not far from the big pool. A little walk to the beach. St Augustine is a beautiful historic town. Great restaurants to enjoy.

Excellent place to stay, easy walk to the beach

Overall, we loved it! We really enjoyed having a house with a lovely back patio, and plenty of space inside for everyone to relax. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware. The regular beds were great - the hide-a-beds not so much. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch instead. Every one we met (property management, maintenance, even the residents!) were friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with amenities at Ocean Gallery. Nothing looks worn and tired - it is clear that they are putting a lot of effort into keeping the complex sparkling. The drive to St. Augustine is easy, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, although I would suggest making reservations early (maybe even before you leave home), especially in the busy season. The beach was lovely and uncrowded as well.

Week at Village Las Palmas

This was our second time staying here - loved it as much as the first time! Great location. Love the resort amenities and the friendliness of the office staff. It’s so nice not having to pack beach chairs and umbrellas knowing the resort provides these at no additional cost. Same with bikes! The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked making cooking easy. We are already planning next year’s trip!

101 Village Los Palmas stay

We had a wonderful time in at St Augustine Beach! This house that we rented was a huge factor in making this week so enjoyable. The large open living/dining room made it easy for us to spread out. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. All the beds were comfortable and even the pull out sofa was better than most! Ocean Colony staff was very nice. I loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas available as well as bikes for no extra charge. Loved the beach access and the access to a few different pools. We will definitely be back!

Not actually on the beach

The house was advertised as on the beach but the resort was on rhe beach. The view from the deck was of the gate and vehicals coming and going in the resort next door. But the resort we were in was very nice and so was the house.

The listing of the property was misleading, the picture shows garage and it is not available .

The day after we checked in one of bath shower did no drain and leakage around toilet and all four of us were seniors. Tried our best to get some one to help no answer and were not returning our phone calls. poor communication at the property desk people. the property was not clean pills and other things found on the carpet. I have taken pictures. Hope to hear from you soon Kusuma shastry

Quiet family friendly home

Quiet neighborhood, open home with a tv in every room and plenty of space to spread out. Gated community, gate guards are very nice people and will talk with you. House was professionally clean and everything you need readily set out. Would stay here again.
