Waterfront Birdwatchers' Paradise in Downtown Saint Augustine

  • This modern lofty space is completely unique to this town. With an open floor plan, concrete floors, brand new kitchen, baths and a spectacular view, loads of space, right in town. And the view? Amazing! 5 minute walk to Saint Augustine Fish Camp and some of the best restaurants in town. A short walk to all St. Augustine attractions.
    The space features a 600 square foot back deck right on water. It’s a perfect place to watch the sunsets! In the mornings, it's not uncommon to have 20 or more birds within 50 feet of the deck. Roseate Spoonbills, Ibises, herons, osprey. If you appreciate a pristine natural environment, this is a perfect spot for you!
