There were great touches such as complementary, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee, and even some creamer in the refrigerator. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! We had 3 couples for a fun weekend. The place is set up great for 3 couples. Plenty of room with 2 living rooms to relax. Kitchen is set up for everyone to hang out together. We spent a day at the beach and another 2 days in town. Tons to see and we took a historic tour which was easy to book. We had one issue with the heat / cooling system when we arrived but got an immediate response from the host and it was fixed in minutes. Highly recommend this property! Every year after the holidays, some friends and family gather to unwind and see the beautiful lights of Saint Augustine. We found this beautiful gem of the house and it was everything and more. The house had more than enough space for all of us. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was darling, and we were close, but just far enough away from the action ofdowntown. when we arrived, the neighbor next-door was having the house painted and had taken over the driveway. We contacted the property management company and within 10 minutes. Somebody had shown up and talked to the painters and took care of everything. I couldn’t believe how quickly that was addressed. I would definitely utilize the property management company and stay at this location again. It definitely met and exceeded all expectations. ##### Ann G. We drove by rental 4 days prior to checking in and realized the location does not match description as advertised and exterior of house is moldy and peeling paint i reached out to property manager to see if they had another property we could change to a this was NOT a advertised.
