The only thing about the condo was in the Kitchen there was only 1 kitchen towel which could use more for stay for 2 weeks. Also all the rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced. Only had one day where we had to leave because of the condo above us was replacing the floor and noise was awful! Location was great and an easy walk to the beach or pool or an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. We had a slight inconvenience with the building being painted for the week we were there and had no access to the windows (covered) or the patio's which was disappointing. You will notice the noise suppression between the adjoining units was not constructed well, you will hear the unit above or next to you often. The TV situation could be better, you only get basic cable (6 channels) and there is no streaming service provided, could be a challenge when traveling with your kids. ##### Frank S.
