BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. This beach themed condo offers comfort and convenience with a short walk to the pool and beach! Enjoy the spacious living room with new living room furniture and a sleeper sofa, and a dining table that seats 4 but has room for more. The remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops is fully equipped whether you stay a week or stay a month! In the primary bathroom you will find a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom with a tub shower and patio access. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed and a twin bed, as well as a pocket door to the guest bathroom, where you'll find a walk-in shower. In the third bedroom or the “Crow’s Nest” there is a day bed and also a TV! With new flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms with cable and private Wi-Fi, you’ll never miss a thing! All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3\. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit multiple years. It is in a good location and spacious enough. It is furnished well and provides a good condo for our family. However, this unit could just use a little "sprucing up." The kitchen is poorly stocked with dishes, silverware, and tableware. It is just a hodgepodge of furnishings.... We would also suggest that the patio furniture,which has been there since we started renting, be replaced. It is metal and is rusty. The set is too large for the patio and the chairs are extremely heavy and cumbersome. Installing a fan on the patio would be a great upgrade. The guest room closet door was completely off the track. These seem like petty things but addressing these issues would make an "adequate" unti into an amazing unit. ##### George L. The Kitchen was sparsely furnished, silverware cooking pots and pans, and utensils. Only 3 towels provided for the week. There is an in unit washer and dryer which is extremely helpful. Atmosphere was friendly, warm and accommodating. I'm not sure it should be a gold listing but don't know all the criteria for making that decision. Refrigerator wasn't clean but rest of the unit was. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
