Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

  • A popular Balcony Suite Plus on the 4th Floor, this condo is thoughtfully appointed. Enjoy the ocean view while you relax and enjoy a meal on your balcony table. A comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress is the perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze from the ceiling fan or the view of the 37" Flat Screen TV. Mirrored walls reflect extra ocean views throughout. The kitchen has extra counter space and provides a two burner stove top and convection microwave oven. The glass top table in the living room is great to have a family meal. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub, tiled walls, and vanity. The bedroom is colorful and warm with hardwood floors, a memory foam King mattress, ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. This 4th floor condo is a favorite among many guests, especially because it will allow a pet. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
