Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Plus Property with onsite front desk and staff

  • Looking for some Florida cheer? You'll find it in this lovely 3rd floor Balcony Suite Plus. Recently renovated throughout, this unit is perfect for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The great ocean view peaks through the sliding glass door in the living room. There are comfortable sling chairs on the balcony and a table just large enough to enjoy an ocean front meal. The two twin murphy beds in the living room were recently added; they are the perfect spot to enjoy the large 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom is delightful with a new tub and surround grab bar. The private bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The tile throughout is cheerful and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, keep the unit breezy. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
