Great location and a great price

This property was exactly as advertised. The nicest thing was the location that meant that all the major things in St. Augustine from a tourist perspective were within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and completely adequate. No complaints!

Furniture was comfortable, decor fresh, easy to walk to fun restaurants. Some trash under the beds and the back door doesnt lock, although the stick works to feel safe

Great Place Great Host

Hi, the place was clean and spacious. And in a good area. Very close to downtown. You can even walk there. No complaints at all! Also the host, Lauren, was great and very quick to respond to any messages we sent her!

This place was wonderful. If i could rate a 10 on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 15. It is located in a perfect location. Close to all the sites, almost walking distance. Within 5 minutes of the beach. The pictures of the place are true.

Condo just as pictured! Perfect distance to old town and beach!

First off, the owner is absolutely amazing in response time with actual responses instead of only automatic replies. We booked last minute and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The condo is comfortable and clean, exactly as pictured. And perfect distance to old town as well as a short drive to the beach. We felt very comfortable in the older established neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Pretty good

We enjoyed being on Anastasia Island. It's within walking distance to some restaurants and stores etc. Close to Lion's Bridge and downtown St. Augustine. We would have liked more consideration with providing a few more basic needs such as some toiletries, a couple of cleaning products, good quality paper towels and toilet paper etc. considering we stayed for almost a whole month., not a couple of days.

First time in Florida!

Our condo was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for all of the sightseeing activities we had planned. Unfortunately, we were there when Hurricane Helene arrived! Our host, Lauren kept in close contact with us and helped us navigate through the possibilities of the storm surge. We felt safe and informed. We plan on returning soon!

Quiet, Clean & spacious

Very quiet neighborhood with easy parking. 5-10 minute drive to historical district parking lot. Spacious. Good restaurants nearby. Bedrooms upstairs with living room/kitchen downstairs. TV in both bedrooms.

Good location between beach and downtown

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. We got there at 4 and were told the place was not ready yet and cleaners were still in the house. Location is nice since you are close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The walk is a little bit of a hike over the bridge though. Only real complaint was that the floors were dirty. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Centrally located & super clean

My husband and I love staying on Anastasia Island while we're in St. Augustine because we can walk to the amphitheater, lots of restaurants, and to the downtown historic area. We've stayed in several of the condos in this complex and they're all great. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with both bedrooms upstairs. It also has an outside patio that's very private on the ground floor AND a nice private balcony through French doors on the second floor. The unit was fully stocked and very, very clean. We had everything we needed for a few days stay. The communication and check in process was perfect and flawless. If you're looking for an affordable area to stay in St. Augustine, look at these Flagler Ave. condos behind Mellow Mushroom. We've never been disappointed. The mattresses in this unit could've been a little more comfortable in a perfect world, but I got plenty of sleep over the weekend. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay, close enough to downtown to walk, about 15 minutes. I have to say when I walked up to the front door I thought we made a big mistake. Front door was very dirty and since we arrived in the evening there was no light on. I had to make several attempts on the keypad to get it to light up so I could punch in the code. Once inside it was fine, nicely done and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, we just used the one towards the back. A little noisy but you are right by the main street so nothing you can do about that. Lauren was wonderful, checked on us and always asked if we needed anything, can't say enough about her. We felt safe, neighbors were quiet, we walked into town several times and everyone was friendly. A fresh coat of paint on the front door would go a long way.

Anastasia Getaway

Wonderful property

Great location. About 5 minutes from the beach. Not much traffic. Cozy and comfortable also family friendly. Parking was great. Don’t have to compete with other tenants have your own area. Great host stayed in touch. Thank you had a wonderful time.

Great visit to St Augustine

This place is perfectly situated for a great visit to St Augustine! My wife and I rode our bicycles across the Bridge of Lions and all around St Augustine! I would definitely recommend the trolly tour if you have never been to St Augustine- worth every penny! The improv at Third Space was a fun evening out! This rental is close to many spots to eat and enjoy the weather! The house was clean, plenty of places to sit and relax. The host is very responsive! Usually responded in a few minutes. We will definitely visit again our next trip to St Augustine!
