Ideally located in the historic St. Augustine neighborhood just two blocks north of Flagler College, 9 Sevilla offers three separate rental accommodations. Each have been completely renovated and provide a wonderful taste of the city's history and charm, as well as easy walking access to the restaurants, landmarks, and shops of St. George Street. We have designated and reserved parking for each unit as well. 9 Sevilla is perfect for those attending a St. Augustine Wedding, Visiting their children at Flagler College, or just a fun week in the oldest city in the America! We look forward to hosting you!
Experience the rich history, and southern hospitality that St. Augustine is so well known for! Our quiet second floor apartment is a comfortable spot to relax in or to launch out from for a St. Augustine adventure! Walk around the corner to the restaurants and shops of St. George Street. Cook a gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen. Relax with a glass of wine on the porch overlooking Sevilla Street, or on the comfortable sofa to keep up with your favorite shows and sports on the Roku TV. Both bedrooms also have flat screen tvs. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Additionally there are two full baths and a washer and dryer.
St. Augustine is a unique spot on Florida's coast. The historic down town portion of our city is lively and full of exciting historical attractions, musical events, cultural festivals, fantastic restaurants, and beautiful architecture. The beach here is gorgeous and relatively quiet compared to many other Florida destinations. St. Augustine is the perfect location for a family trip. My family and I have lived here for over twenty years and have enjoyed every minute. 9 Sevilla is an easy stroll to the center of town. The beach is only a quick drive across the Bridge of Lions and you are on Anastasia Island. We are also only 15-20 minutes to I-95 and only 45 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport.

Our stay was the upstairs unit. It has been beautifully updated and was very comfortable for our stay in St. Augustine. On a quiet street, but very close to all attractions/restaurants/shops. Walkable is a must when visiting St. Augustine! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

A great property which was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was great. A perfect location with everything within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
My family and I took a weekend trip to St. Augustine to see the Night of Lights for Xmas and had a great stay. The host was very responsive, made sure we had what we needed, the check-in / check-out process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. Location is just a nice walk to the areas of interest downtown and plenty of restaurants. Overall a great experience for us!

Really nice two-bedroom option. Close to dining & shipping and sightseeing. Host was most helpful. Highly recommended!
We were looking for a quick trip to St Augustine with close proximity to downtown. We wanted to be able to walk to all central locations and not worry about moving the car. This location was perfect; the two bedroom apartment was clean and just spacious enough. We really enjoyed having the balcony with the rocking chairs, and the communication with the host was prompt and courteous. We will likely book again for future stays.
This place was perfect! It met all our needs. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do. We didn’t use our car at al! It was really great that Morgan the owner met us to make sure we didn’t need anything. The only suggestion I have is that the second bedroom needs more lighting. We will definitely stay here again!
Perfect walkable location in the St. Augustine historic area and a thorough rehab of an old building. The apartment was well thought out and with a good eye for the aesthetics. Worthy of an HGTV “reveal”.

Fist time visiting St Augustine! We loved it and will certainly be returning. Our VRBO was perfect! Very clean and ready when we arrived. The host was friendly and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. We were perfectly located within walking distance to shops and dining. Took the trolley for an all day tour which we would highly recommend to see and learn about this historic city. ❤️ Can’t wait for our next visit.

Beautiful old home, completely remodeled and nice. Everything you need. Very clean, great linens, fully stocked kitchen. Morgan (host) was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we had all we needed. Quiet neighborhood and less than a five (5) minute walk to the historic district. We highly recommend to everyone and we will be returning.

Location, location, location - you are 0.5-0.7 miles from just about everything you’d want to do & see in the city of St. Augustine, so this place is EXTREMELY convenient, especially during events or special times of the year, when there’s going to be a lot of traffic, few available parking spaces & walking is simply the best way to go…Would definitely stay here again…
